Security Talks in the Black Sea: New Developments
Significant negotiations regarding security in the Black Sea are currently taking place in Turkey. These discussions are held at the military level with the involvement of leaders from the coalition including the United Kingdom and France.

Details: According to Zelensky, a military meeting is underway in Turkey focusing on Black Sea security, primarily related to the "coalition of the willing".
"We have been discussing this with our Turkish colleagues over the past two days. They have invited us, and representatives from European nations will be present, similar to the Paris summit—this includes the UK, France, and of course Ukraine, along with Turkey as the host nation," he added.
The Turkish Ministry of Defense previously announced that a meeting will take place on April 15-16 to discuss security issues in the Black Sea following a potential ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia.
Although Turkish media had reported the expected presence of Russian representatives, Ankara denied this.
It should be noted that the outcomes of the negotiations in Saudi Arabia from March 23-25 indicated an agreement among the US, Russia, and Ukraine to discuss the security of shipping in the Black Sea.
However, following this, Russia presented a list of demands, including the easing of certain sanctions against the agricultural sector. The US said they would consider these demands, while Europe rejected the idea of sanction relief.
