The online ticketing services of "Ukrzaliznytsia" are functioning reliably once again.

This has been reported by the press service of "Ukrzaliznytsia".

"We completed the transition to a new platform overnight, established security measures, and are actively restoring additional functionalities," the statement mentions.

The company also noted that the mobile app has re-enabled travel planning with transfers.

Throughout the day, online display boards with train schedules at stations will be gradually restored.

"There are no lines observed at the ticket counters in train stations," the company added.

On March 23, a large-scale cyberattack was conducted against "Ukrzaliznytsia", causing nearly all online services to be unavailable.

On March 27, the online ticket sales system of "Ukrzaliznytsia" was restored in a backup format for purchasing new tickets and processing refunds.
