Fire Breaks Out in Chernove: Swift Action by Rescuers

Yesterday, August 28, a fire occurred in the village of Chernove in the Berezivskyi district, affecting dry grass, bushes, abandoned beehives, and the roof of a utility building. The total area affected was 1.2 hectares.

This information was reported by the press service of the National Police of Odesa Region.

As a result of the fire, a man born in 1996 and a woman born in 1978 suffered thermal burns but declined hospitalization. The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are currently being investigated. Two units of equipment and eight firefighters were deployed by the State Emergency Service.
