New Missile Strike on Odesa: Impact on Port Infrastructure

The enemy launched two ballistic missiles targeting the port infrastructure in Odesa.

This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional State (Military) Administration Oleg Kiper.

As a result of today’s Russian attack, one port worker was killed.

Eight others were injured, four of whom are in critical condition, two in moderate condition, and two sustained minor injuries. Medical personnel are providing them with all necessary assistance.

I urge residents and visitors of Odesa to respond to air raid signals and, when announced, to promptly proceed to shelters! – Oleg Kiper emphasized.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine and Minister for Communities and Territories Development Oleksii Kuleba, the attack damaged machinery, shattered windows and doors in administrative buildings, and destroyed vehicles and equipment.

This was an ordinary working day in a typical Ukrainian port. People were working, and machinery was loading containers. There were no military facilities — only civilian infrastructure. Russia has once again struck a peaceful, strategically important object that is crucial for global food security, – Kuleba stated.
