A new documentary project titled «Gastronomic Expedition across Odesa Region» has launched in the Odesa region.
The main explorer is the well-known Ukrainian chef and promoter of Ukrainian cuisine, Yevhen Klopotenko. From October 10 to 12, he traveled through the region to discover its unique dishes, traditions, and the people who preserve them.
The aim of the project is to showcase the diversity and deliciousness of Odesa, where culinary traditions of various nations intertwine.
To taste the cuisines of the world, there's no need to travel far — just a visit to Odesa will suffice.
