monobank Faces Access Issues Due to Increased Load
On October 16, the monobank mobile app experienced disruptions due to excessive load. Users are unable to access the service. This was reported by the bank's co-founder Oleg Grokhovsky.
Currently, customers are facing difficulties logging in as the system displays an error message.
Monobank also announced reaching 10 million customers and launched a new game called "lemon hunting" in its app.
The demand for the game was so high that within the first 10 minutes, 10,000 users found 10 "lemons" each, causing server overload.
"Please, search for them a little slower. Part of our functionality has crashed because of you," Grokhovsky commented.
