Free rehabilitation services for children under three for internally displaced persons.
Parents with the status of internally displaced persons can access rehabilitation services at 128 hospitals and specialized centers, regardless of their place of residence.
What does the free services package for children include?
The “Rehabilitation for Infants Under Three” package includes the following free services:
- rehabilitation courses for children;
- early intervention and consultations at the residence;
- development assessment;
- screening for autism;
- consultations with specialists;
- referrals to specialized medical facilities;
- selection of special equipment;
- review of the individual rehabilitation plan.
Free psychological consultations for parents are also available.
How to access rehabilitation services?
Parents need to:
- get an electronic referral from a doctor;
- contact any medical facility with the “Rehabilitation for Infants Under Three” package.

- use the online map on the dashboard.
