Technical Maintenance on the "Diia" portal
The "eRestoration" service will not be available on the "Diia" portal and app due to scheduled technical maintenance from 8 PM on September 13 until 8 AM on September 15.
This was announced by the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development.
"From 8 PM on 13.09.2025 to 8 AM on 15.09.2025, the State Enterprise “NAIS” will conduct technical maintenance of the state registries of the Ministry of Justice. As the data from these registries is required for property rights verification, the "eRestoration" service will be unavailable during this period," the announcement states.
As previously reported, the compensation program "eRestoration" has been operational in Ukraine for two years. As of September 1, Ukrainians have submitted approximately 166.5 thousand applications for compensation for damaged housing. Over 108 thousand individuals have received payments totaling 10.6 billion UAH.
