Enhanced MISTO App Features in Odesa

The MISTO app continues to enhance its capabilities in Odesa. Users can now submit requests to city authorities directly through the app — thanks to integration with the citizen request system.

This new feature allows:

  • quickly reporting issues in the city (infrastructure damage, utility service interruptions, etc.);
  • adding photos and geolocation to requests;
  • tracking the status of requests in real-time.

The main screen of the app has also been updated: now it features shortcuts to the most popular services, making access faster. The interface has become more dynamic and user-friendly, allowing daily tasks to be completed even quicker.

The MISTO app continues to evolve, aiming to make communication between residents and city authorities more effective, and access to services even simpler.
