Festive Events for Children in Odesa

In celebration of Saint Nicholas Day and the Armed Forces of Ukraine Day, various festive activities for children are held in the municipal educational institutions of Odesa.

As part of this initiative, representatives of the educational community prepare delicious treats, fill first aid kits with medical supplies, gather necessary items and food for our defenders, and weave camouflage nets.

Children create protective talismans and gifts, write letters of support, and draw pictures to send to the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who protect our borders every day.

Moreover, educational institutions host educational events dedicated to the heroic history of the Ukrainian people and the struggle of its defenders for statehood, along with exhibitions of children's drawings titled “Proud of Our Defenders.”

The residence of Saint Nicholas has also opened, where every visitor can immerse themselves in a winter fairy tale and write a letter to their magical friend.

Students from Odesa's high schools, along with children of fallen heroes, decorated patriotic Christmas trees on the Alley of Heroes with handmade ornaments.

With hope for victory and belief in a peaceful future, educators in Odesa are undertaking significant efforts aimed at national-patriotic education and honoring the bravery of Ukraine's defenders.
