Enhancing Community Services in Cheryomushki
The staff of the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services Cheryomushki» work diligently to maintain order in the surrounding areas.
Twice a day, the cleaners carry out various tasks such as sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, collecting litter, and cleaning waste containers.
Moreover, they handle grass cutting, tree pruning, and the maintenance of flowerbeds and lawns around the buildings they serve.
Additionally, specialists from the company perform repair work on essential systems upon request from residents, including replacement and repair of heating and water supply pipes, sewage systems, electrical wiring, roofs, and entrances.
Since the beginning of October, workers have carried out maintenance on the elevator system at: Ovidiopolskaya Road, 6, repaired the central heating pipes in the basements of buildings at: Cosmonauts Street, 66 and E. Tantsyuri Street (Gen. Petrova), 7/1, as well as other preparations for the heating season at: Filatov Street, 66, Novikov Street, 17, and Cosmonauts Street, 19/1.
They also completed partial roof repairs at: Ivan and Yuri Lip Street, 76, Varnenskaya Street, 14/2, E. Tantsyuri Street (Gen. Petrova), 45, Filatov Street, 37, and I. Rabin Street, 29.
Furthermore, the team conducted maintenance and repair work on the drainage systems at: St. Richter, 148/1, replaced an automatic switch in the electrical panel at: Cosmonauts Street, 28, checked sewage manholes at: I. Rabin Street 5, 22, and 57, and cleared the sewage discharge at: Radisna Street, 23, while also restoring the sewage pipeline at: Filatov Street, 48.
