Update on Heating Meter Installations in Odessa
All residential buildings in Odessa that utilize centralized heating services are equipped with fully certified heating meters.
The municipal company «TMO» has installed 268 new accounting devices. These meters are set up in buildings where old devices are beyond repair or have never been installed before.
Additionally, the company's specialists are noting cases of meter theft, which necessitates the installation of new meters.
Residents with installed meters pay for heating based on their actual consumption data.
If no meter is present, charges are calculated according to Government Methodology No. 315, which determines heating costs based on the building's thermal load, the hours of heat supply, and the average outdoor temperature.
