Housing Infrastructure Updates in 2024
In 2024, the enterprise «Housing Service «Cheryomushki» carried out a series of repairs on structural elements and engineering systems of its buildings.
Upon residents' requests, specialists from the Housing Service «Cheryomushki» completed the following works: roof repairs - 1400 sq.m (300 sq.m of slate); replacement of gutters - 60 m; entrance repairs - 1 unit; replacement of central heating pipes - 234 m; repairs of cold water supply pipes - 188 m; storm sewer repairs - 20 m; electrical network repairs - 880 m; current sewer system repairs - 500 m.
Furthermore, as part of the response to the consequences of enemy attacks, glazing of entrances in apartment buildings was completed - 50 sq.m.
Additionally, the enterprise's janitors maintain order in the adjacent territories daily. Cleaning works are performed twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, collecting litter, washing waste containers, etc.).
The utility workers also engage in grass cutting, tree trimming, leaf collection, and maintaining flower beds and lawns around the serviced buildings. When necessary, they participate in city-wide clean-up events, eliminating illegal dumps and consequences of enemy attacks.
