The 'Peresyp Community Service' has successfully implemented various repair works on structural elements and engineering networks in buildings under its management throughout 2024.

A total of 764 requests from residents were processed.

In response to residents' requests, specialists completed the following works: repairs of central heating systems – 15 requests; replacement of central heating pipes – 76 p/m; replacement of sewage pipes – 54 p/m; replacement of cold water supply pipes – 132 p/m; replacement of stormwater drainage pipes – 20 p/m; roof repairs – slate – 59 sq.m and soft – 270 sq.m; cleaned 1979 sq.m of basements; cleaned 1977 sq.m of attics; repaired electrical panels – 8 units; replaced light fixtures – 8 units; repaired the entrance of one building. Additionally, disinfection was conducted in 7 buildings and deratization in 2. Green zones covering a total area of 7.2 hectares were mowed. Two illegal dumpsites were eliminated.

Employees participated in 9 clean-up efforts following hostile attacks. 125 p/m of windows were covered with film.
Moreover, the janitors maintain order in the yards under their supervision daily. Cleaning operations are performed twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, collecting litter, washing garbage bins, etc.).

The community service also mows grass, trims trees, collects fallen leaves, and takes care of flower beds and lawns around the serviced buildings. When necessary, they participate in city-wide clean-up events, eliminate illegal dumps, and address the aftermath of hostile attacks.
