Weather Forecast and Public Transport Updates in Odesa
According to meteorologists, significant rainfall, thunderstorms, and gusty winds of 15-20 m/s are expected in Odesa and the surrounding areas on October 8-9.
As of the morning of October 8, the information regarding the movement of urban electric transport is as follows:
Tram lines No. 18 and No. 20 are temporarily out of service (minibuses will operate on these routes).
Due to the temporary suspension of tram N18, transportation will be provided by bus route No. 18-k from the 11th to the 16th station of the Great Fountain. Departures from the 11th station will occur from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (every hour). Today, a bus is operating on this route.
Tram line No. 7 has resumed operations.
It runs along the route: 28th Brigade Street — 11th station of Lustdorf Road.
As of 07:00 AM, the roads in the city are clear.
Flooding has been reported:
- 15 Nalivna Street — the roadway is flooded, but traffic continues;
- Yarmarkovy Lane — flooding is present, but movement is possible.
Emergency teams from the “City Roads” utility are conducting work to clear the storm drains.
