Consequences of the Night Attack on Odesa

Following the night attack on Odesa, the casualty count has increased to eight individuals. As of this morning, four wounded remain hospitalized, while others are receiving outpatient care.
The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, reported this.
Investigation Launched
The Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office has opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes). The attack resulted in damage to residential buildings, private enterprise premises, medical facilities, shops, service stations, and at least 37 vehicles (passenger and cargo). Law enforcement is currently documenting all consequences of the shelling.
