Odesa Under Attack: Latest Updates
On the evening of March 1, the city of Odesa was hit by a ballistic attack. An air raid alert was announced at 17:44, and just three minutes later, an explosion was heard. This information was confirmed by the regional military administration.
As a result of the attack, port infrastructure was damaged, along with a civilian vessel flying the flag of Panama, owned by a European company. Two port workers sustained injuries.
«All relevant services are working to mitigate the aftermath, and medical personnel are providing necessary assistance to the victims» - reported Oleg Kiper, the head of the regional military administration.
