Attack on Civil Infrastructure in Odesa Region
Hostile forces have struck civil facilities in the Odesa region, resulting in one casualty. Social institutions have been damaged.
On the night of September 23, Russian troops deliberately targeted civil infrastructure with ballistic missiles in the city of Tatarbunar in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district. Sadly, a woman lost her life in the attack, and there are reports of injuries.
Fires have been reported in the central part of the city, with hotel buildings, Ukrposhta, Ukrtelecom, the Cultural Center, and the Administrative Services Center destroyed. Trade kiosks and passenger vehicles have also suffered damage.
All relevant services are working to mitigate the consequences of the enemy attack. Law enforcement is documenting yet another crime by Russian forces against the peaceful population of Odesa.
