Emergency Situation in Odesa Region
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine via their Telegram channel.
Rescue teams indicated that due to a massive Russian attack, one individual sustained injuries. Fires also broke out at energy infrastructure facilities, and private residential buildings with storage areas were damaged.
Firefighters, along with volunteers, promptly extinguished the fires, as noted by the SES.
The rescuers also shared photos and videos of their efforts to extinguish the blazes caused by the enemy's attack.
Drone Strike on Odesa Region
On the night of August 31, the Russian army attacked the Odesa region with strike drones. According to Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, the city of Chornomorsk was under attack. The drones damaged energy infrastructure, leaving the city without electricity.
