Digitalization of Government Services by 2026
Government services will become even more accessible through electronic services and the Diia platform — a new digitalization plan until 2026.
This plan involves 25 government bodies, including the Ministry of Digital Transformation. Our goal is to make services accessible to every Ukrainian without unnecessary paperwork and queues.
We plan to digitalize over 30 different services: ranging from education to healthcare, veteran social protection, military services, construction, and customs. Among the innovations are the registration of divorce and death, as well as the ability to take the theoretical driving test remotely. We are also streamlining customs services to reduce bureaucracy and corruption.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation continues to implement digital solutions so that citizens can receive services faster and without wasting time. We aim to make the government more digital and services more convenient for everyone.
