New Partnership in Digital Transformation Between CDTO Campus and GGTC
CDTO Campus has signed a memorandum with the Global Government Technology Centre (Berlin). This partnership aims at sharing expertise in digital transformation and collaborative project development.
The educational programs of CDTO Campus will be integrated into the training of digital leaders in Germany. GovTech Campus Deutschland, alongside TUM Think Tank, is incorporating Ukrainian experiences into its educational framework for training German specialists in digitalization.
Furthermore, the memorandum signed by Halyna Pustova, the director of CDTO Campus, Viktor Lyakh, president of the Eastern Europe Foundation, and Manuel Kilian, executive director of GGTC Berlin, outlines close collaboration in the realm of digital security and safeguarding public services. Ukraine will share unique solutions in the field of cybersecurity, including experiences in migrating public services to the cloud, implementing digital documents, and strategies for resilience against cyberattacks.
Valeria Ionan, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation for European Integration, also participated in the event.
We remind you that CDTO Campus is a national educational project designed to train CDTOs (Chief Digital Transformation Officers), a new type of public officials and specialists in the public sector for implementing innovative projects in public administration, service delivery, and overall national digitalization.
In 2024, CDTO Campus plans to prepare 440 leaders in digital transformation and launch 12 programs, some of which are in collaboration with leading companies like Microsoft, Cisco, Apolitical, and other international partners.
CDTO Campus is implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation, funded by the Visa Foundation, the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ), and supported by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, in collaboration with Digitality GovTech Centre of Excellence, under the patronage of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
