Celebration of Life in Odesa: Music and Inspiration for All Ages
On September 27, in Odesa, at Shevchenko Park, at the «Mushlya» open-air stage, the event «Celebration of Life» took place, organized by the Odesa Parks Company in collaboration with community organizations. This celebration was part of a festival dedicated to the International Day of Older Persons.
The day vividly showcased that age is not just a number, but a way to experience life.
Talented artists amazed the audience with a fashion show in the style of the «Golden Age», heartfelt poetry readings, soulful songs, and vibrant dances that filled the atmosphere with joy.
The performance by strongman Mykola Pasichnyk and his students added energy, as they captivated the audience with their skills and fun competitions.
The day concluded with delicious porridge prepared by the strongman himself, who added «not only spices but also a prayer for well-being for all». This warm event reminded us that true youth lives within us as long as we create, share kindness, and support one another. The senior age is not an end, but rather a wonderful continuation of life, filled with meaning and joy.
