Children of Odesa Participate in Police Badge Drawing Contest
Young residents of Odesa joined a children’s drawing contest titled «My Police Badge», organized by law enforcement in honor of the National Police Day of Ukraine, initiated by the juvenile prevention department.
The youth created their own versions of badges as symbols of safety and child protection. Some adorned their designs with flowers, hearts, and doves of peace as symbols of kindness. Others incorporated national symbols, patriotic colors, and slogans about safety and assistance. The drawings reflected the artists' vision of what law enforcement officers should be – true protectors who are brave, honest, and dedicated. Each piece was unique.
The event served as an opportunity to foster creative thinking and introduce the profession of a police officer.
At the end of the event, children received delightful and tasty gifts as a reward for their creativity and effort.
