New Opportunities for the Artsyz Community
The Artsyz community from the Bolhrad district participated in an extended meeting of the presidium of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities, held in Kyiv under the leadership of Andriy Yermak. The event was conducted via videoconference, bringing together over 330 participants from across Ukraine, as reported by the Odesa Regional State Administration.
During the meeting, important issues regarding regional development, implementation of government initiatives in communities, and legislative support for regional policy were discussed.
Special attention was given to the need for improved communication between local and central authorities, enabling a quicker response to challenges and the resolution of community issues.
As a result of the voting, Liliya Pashinna was elected as the new head of the Congress Office, leading the Ukrainian delegation in the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe.
The Artsyz community, as an active participant in the Congress, will continue to engage in shaping development policies at the local level, advocating for residents' interests and promoting the implementation of European management standards.
