Fire Breaks Out in Odesa: Battle Against Flames
In the Peresyp district of Odesa, on Khadjibey Road, a fire ignited, engulfing reeds, dry grass, tires, and debris in multiple areas.
The challenge was exacerbated by the rapid spread of flames fueled by combustible materials, the high air temperature, and the lack of access routes.
The fire was extinguished over a total area of about 12 hectares.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. Fortunately, there were no injuries.
A total of 8 vehicles and 30 firefighters from the State Emergency Service were involved, along with 1 vehicle and 3 personnel from the municipal «Rescue and Diving Service», and 1 vehicle with 4 personnel from the National Guard's fire division.
