Affordable Housing Loan Program for Ukrainians
The affordable housing loan initiative for Ukrainians, known as «eOselya», was launched in August 2022. It offers advantageous interest rates ranging from 3% to 7% for a term of up to 20 years. The minimum down payment is set at 20%.
For specific groups, such as military personnel, emergency responders, law enforcement, and border guards, the Odessa regional administration offers a subsidy on the interest rate. These individuals can secure housing loans with no interest payments. Currently, 277 people have benefited from this program.
Participating banks in this initiative include: Oschadbank, PrivatBank, Ukrgasbank, Ukreximbank, and Sense Bank.
The number of residential complexes joining the «eOselya» program is also on the rise.
