On the highways of the region, visibility during rain may drop to 1-2 km.
The Odesa City Council reminds residents and visitors to monitor weather changes, exercise caution, and limit movement and travel within the city during adverse weather, especially for seniors, children, and pregnant women. Be careful when moving under trees as strong winds and rain may cause branches and cables to fall.
Please do not park vehicles under trees, power lines, or on stormwater grates.
The danger of being in beach areas is extremely high. Due to the storm in the Black Sea, the mine danger is increasing. There is a high probability of sea mines being dislodged from their anchors and washed ashore, as well as drifting along the coast. The risk of uncontrolled detonation of a mine is plausible, especially in stormy weather. If you find a sea mine (or items resembling them), do not touch them. It is essential to report immediately to 102.
