Scheduled Maintenance for Veterans Registry Update
On September 27, 2025, from 09:30 to 23:00, scheduled maintenance will take place for the update of the Unified State Register of War Veterans (USRWV), as reported by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.
During this period, the operations of the Registry will be suspended, and all integrated services will be temporarily unavailable, including:
- digital veteran ID in the apps «Diia» and «Veteran Pro»;
- online and offline services related to the USRWV;
- status verification for veterans at authorized persons' offices (APO);
- automated status checks for benefits and payments.
The Ministry assures that all personal data of users will remain protected. After the maintenance is completed, the Registry and related services will resume normal operations.
The Unified State Register of War Veterans is an official database containing information about individuals who have the status of war veterans, combatants, and those affected by war. The Registry ensures automated status verification for the provision of benefits, social services, and government support. It is integrated with various digital services that simplify access to rights and guarantees for veterans.
The Ministry of Veterans urges everyone to consider the temporary restrictions and inform veterans and the public about possible inconveniences.
