MISTO Survey: What Services Would You Like to See?

A new survey titled «What new digital services would you like to see in the MISTO app?» has launched in the MISTO mobile application.

Among the suggested options:

  • real-time public transport tracking;
  • payment of parking fines;
  • ticket purchasing for transport;
  • buying tickets (zoo, museums, etc.);
  • paying utility bills (heating, water, gas, electricity, waste);
  • contacting your district representative;
  • tourist routes with audio guides;
  • accessibility map and barrier-free routes;
  • partner offers (train tickets, buses, concerts, shows, etc.);
  • medical services (doctor appointments, healthcare services);
  • You can vote for your priorities until August 21 inclusive.
