Renovation of Residential Building in Odesa
In the city of Odesa, renovation work is underway on a residential building that suffered from a rocket attack.
For the past six months, restoration efforts have been taking place at the apartment building located at Shevchenka Avenue, 8v, which has repeatedly been damaged by attacks from Russian forces.
The latest incident occurred on November 18, 2024, during a city shelling that damaged the roof, flooring, and load-bearing structures.
The project is commissioned by the Department of Municipal Economy of the Odesa City Council.
Currently, active work is being conducted on the second floor, where new walls are being constructed from gas concrete blocks. Emergency sections have been dismantled, walls reinforced, and inter-floor slabs replaced with new reinforced concrete panels.
The next phase includes the installation of a reinforced belt and the laying of the second-floor ceiling.
All works are carried out according to the approved project documentation and in compliance with building regulations.
Recently, restoration work has also begun at sites in central Odesa at the addresses: Novoselskoho Street, 51 and Pastera, 54.
