Transfer of Port Real Estate in Odesa Region

The management of ARMA has received real estate that is part of the port infrastructure in the Odesa region.

This transfer was made possible through the coordinated efforts of the Southern Interregional Territorial Administration of ARMA and the Specialized Ecological Prosecutor's Office, which led to a court ruling in Odesa. As a result, real estate properties that are part of the regional port complex's logistics infrastructure have been handed over.

These assets are intended to support stable cargo flows, enhance food and energy security, and restore logistics chains amid war conditions.

Despite the constant threat of missile strikes and maritime blockades, the ports of Odesa continue to operate steadily. Since the beginning of 2024, over 46 million tons of cargo have been exported through maritime corridors, including products from the agricultural sector.

In light of the temporary inaccessibility of ports in other regions, Odesa plays a critical role as the country's sole logistics center, handling about 80% of the total cargo flow through its ports.

Today, experts from the Southern MTU of ARMA have already inspected these properties. The next step will be to conduct an independent asset valuation. After determining its market value, the asset will be put up for an open competition in the Prozorro system to find an effective manager.

Stay tuned for updates on competitive proposals!

Information about the selection of managers is available on the official ARMA website in the section «Management of Seized Assets».
