Fire Breaks Out in Odesa Region: Vegetation Blaze Extinguished

On June 19, a fire erupted near the village of Sanzhiyka in the Odesa region, affecting fields of dry vegetation and peas. Firefighters were promptly dispatched to the scene. According to the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Odesa, the blaze was extinguished over an area of approximately 20 hectares.

The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are currently under investigation.

Two units of equipment and eight firefighters from the State Emergency Service were involved, along with one unit of equipment and two personnel from the local fire team.
