New Ecological Initiatives at the Odessa Botanical Garden
At the Odessa Botanical Garden, supported by the American organization Partnership for Nature, a new project has been launched, featuring a modular garden and a special insect house. This initiative focuses on conserving biodiversity and enhancing ecological education.
The garden representatives emphasized that preserving natural diversity is a key mission. Therefore, a corresponding educational program was developed at the Odessa National University named after I.I. Mechnikov, which includes planting a modular garden for beneficial insects and installing a special house for them.
The Botanical Garden invites cooperation with teachers, ecological organizations, volunteers, and anyone interested in environmental issues.
Visitors can enjoy the Botanical Garden from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Ticket prices are 70 hryvnias for adults and 50 hryvnias for children.
