The municipal enterprise «Ecological Center» in Odessa has introduced a new electronic platform for pet registration. The service is integrated with the international Animal-ID system. This was reported by the press service of the Odessa City Council.

Thanks to this service, pet owners can create their own online account, where they keep information about their pets and themselves. This allows for profile updates and simplifies the process of finding lost pets.

The service utilizes special tokens with QR codes that enable quick identification of the pet owner. Additionally, the system records external characteristics of pets, which are added to the online profile and automatically displayed on the adoption platform.
