Services Restored Following Data Center Outage

Following a technical failure at the data center, services for most clients have been successfully restored.

This was confirmed by De Nova's CEO, Maxim Ageev.

He stated that the power outage lasted from 8:03 to 8:17. The reasons for the incident are currently unknown, but Ageev dismissed any theories regarding a cyberattack.

According to him, scheduled maintenance was taking place at the data center when the automatic power switching system was triggered, blocking access to the backup power supply.

Ageev also mentioned that De Nova has restored its services for the majority of clients, who are now returning to normal operations, although some companies are still in line for restoration, which may take several hours.
