Odesa Talent Shines at International Festival in Turkey
From October 7 to 14, 2024, the students of the Odesa Center for Children's and Youth Creativity 'Promin' participated in the X International Two-Tour Art Festival-Competition Golden Island of Talents, held in the beautiful city of Bodrum (Turkey).
Participants competed in various creative categories: vocal arts, folk dances, ballroom and contemporary dances, artistic reading, and visual arts.
The group from the choreography club 'Mriya' showcased two solo performances and a group dance 'Jazz' at the competition.
According to the jury results, the solo piece 'Another Love' performed by Oleksandra Balakirieva took first place. The solo performance 'Girls' by Samira Iskenderova and the group dance 'Jazz' received the Grand Prix of the festival-competition.
The event was organized by the 'Festival Ukraine' Society and the NGO 'Ukrainian Family' with the support of the Consulate of Ukraine in Antalya and the Bodrum district municipality (Turkey).
