Maintenance of Public Transport Stops in Odesa
The municipal enterprise «City Roads» services 1012 public transport stops in Odesa.
Experts regularly perform sanitary cleaning, repair bins and benches, as well as washing and painting the stops.
Since the beginning of the year, glass panels have been replaced at the stops (approximately 163 sq.m). Also, roofs have been repaired at 17 stops and benches at 37. Repair work was done on 91 trash bins. A total of 99 stops and 512 bins have been painted.
Unfortunately, the issue of vandalism remains relevant. Daily, unknown individuals deface property: leaving graffiti, breaking benches, and shattering glass at the stops. The stops also suffer from traffic accidents.
The Odesa city council urges residents and visitors to treat municipal property with care. Intentional destruction of property entails criminal liability.

Article 194. Intentional Destruction or Damage to Property
1. Intentional destruction or damage to someone else's property that causes significant harm is punishable by a fine of up to fifty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or community service for a period of 120 to 240 hours, or corrective labor for up to two years, or imprisonment for up to three years.
Article 296. Hooliganism
1. Hooliganism, which is a gross violation of public order motivated by blatant disrespect for society, accompanied by particular audacity or exceptional cynicism, is punishable by a fine from five hundred to one thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, or arrest for up to six months, or restriction of freedom for up to five years.
2. The same actions committed by a group of individuals are punishable by restriction of freedom for up to five years or imprisonment for up to four years.
