Mayor of Odesa Gennadiy Trukhanov visited the residential complex at Prince Yaroslav the Wise Avenue, 32, at the invitation of the residents of the housing cooperative «White House».

On September 30, 2025, during severe weather, the parking lot of the complex was completely flooded, along with the electrical, water supply, heating systems, and the fire safety system of the 24-story building.

Thanks to the efforts of energy workers, the building was temporarily reconnected to electricity while recovery efforts are ongoing.

«We are grateful to the construction company “Stikon” for purchasing equipment for this building at their own expense. Pumps are being installed to supply water to the upper floors. I am assured that water will return to the residents by Thursday. However, full restoration of heating and fire safety systems will require more time,» noted Mayor Trukhanov.

The building on Prince Yaroslav the Wise Avenue, 32, was damaged during an enemy attack in February. At that time, a children's clinic was also damaged, and a kindergarten was destroyed. Currently, projects for the restoration of these two facilities are undergoing examination. The kindergarten is being demolished, and a new one will be built in its place.
