Restoration of Damaged Residential Building in Odesa
In Odesa, the restoration of a residential building damaged by shelling has commenced.
The work to restore the apartment building located at Novoselskoho Street, 51 has started in Odesa. This building has repeatedly suffered damage from Russian shelling, with the most recent strike occurring in November 2024.
As a result of the shelling, significant damage was inflicted on the external structural elements and the roof.
After completing all necessary procedures and conducting a tender, the contractor has begun full-scale restoration of the facility.
Currently, emergency measures are in progress: the demolition of the emergency wing is underway, including load-bearing structures, ceilings, and walls that require replacement. The roof repair, which was affected by the blast wave, is also ongoing – work on the left wing has been completed, while the roof of the facade wing is still being covered.
We remind you that three more projects are currently in the design and expert evaluation stage: located on Balkivska, Serednia, and Kanatna streets.
