Odesa Under Attack: Impacts and Response
On the night of September 23, enemy forces once again targeted Odesa. As a result, 9 residential buildings and an educational institution were damaged in the Kyiv district.
At 8:00 AM, the operational headquarters for the area commenced work.
Employees from the utility company "JKS Vuzivskyi", district administration staff, and "City Roads" utility have been involved in eliminating the aftermath and debris clearance, along with special equipment.
As of 9:00 AM, it is reported that 130 windows have been damaged, with 30 in the educational institution. Efforts to cover the windows with film and OSB boards are ongoing.
Nineteen residents of the damaged buildings have already reached out to the operational headquarters. The headquarters will continue its work until 5:00 PM.
