Health Infrastructure Under Siege: Latest Figures
Reports indicate that Russia has launched over 1,600 attacks on healthcare facilities, with 230 of them rendered irreparable.
This was stated by Health Minister Viktor Lyashko during a television broadcast.
"We have recorded more than 1,600 attacks on healthcare facilities. We consider each hospital building as a separate object, not a legal entity. Out of these, 230 have been destroyed to the point where they cannot be restored. New construction is necessary. And this is only what we know about the areas currently controlled by the Ukrainian government. We do not yet have information about the occupied territories," Lyashko said.
