Silver for Ukraine: New Achievements at the Tallinn Open 2025
In Tallinn, at the «Unibet Arena», one of the largest youth wrestling tournaments in the world took place — Tallinn Open 2025, dedicated to the legendary wrestler Kristjan Palusalu.
The event gathered over 2800 wrestlers from various countries competing on 16 mats in three styles: Greco-Roman, freestyle, and women's wrestling.
Representing Odessa, Petro Karlanach (weight category 44 kg, U15) won a silver medal at this prestigious international competition!
This outstanding result was made possible through the daily dedication of the athlete, his coaches Ivan and Vitaliy Petkov, and the support from the Odessa region Wrestling Association.
Tallinn Open is not just a competition; it's an international experience, new challenges, and an incredible atmosphere of sports unity.
