Empowering Women in Digital Transformation
The registration opens for the program «UNDP: Leadership Initiative for Women in Digital Technologies». This initiative is designed for women eager to enhance their involvement in the digital transformation of the public sector.
The program includes 16 online webinars and two in-person training sessions in Kyiv. It features interactive lectures, case studies, and practical workshops aimed at helping participants develop expertise, assess risks, and implement effective solutions in digital transformation processes.
This program is targeted at professionals with a background in public service digitalization who wish to improve their management skills, strategic thinking, and implement effective solutions.
Duration of the program: May — September 2025.
Eligible participants include:
Women working in government executive bodies or subordinate institutions.
Candidates with higher education and at least 2 years of professional experience.
Leaders involved in two or more projects related to digital transformation at the central or regional levels.
Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.
Registration deadline is April 28.
This initiative is implemented under the «Dii Project» supported by the UN Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine, with financial backing from Sweden, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and CDTO Campus.
