Enhancing Accessibility in Education: New Initiatives

Representatives of the «Barrier-Free» organization held a series of events in Odesa schools over the week, focusing on accessibility.

The meetings aimed to raise students' awareness about the importance of inclusion and to foster a tolerant attitude towards people with disabilities.

During the events, students were informed that accessibility is a fundamental part of a society where everyone deserves comfort, regardless of gender, age, or physical differences.

Interactive lectures, workshops, and role-playing games were conducted to help participants understand the barriers faced by people with disabilities and learn how to interact effectively with them.

The guests also shared information about initiatives already implemented in our city aimed at improving conditions for inclusion.

The events aimed to cultivate sensitivity, compassion, and mutual respect among students.
