New Service for Parents: Registration via Diia

The "eMalyatko" service is once again available on the Diia portal, allowing users to quickly register for up to 9 public services with a single application.

Consequently, the Odessa City Council's Administrative Services Center is also resuming the acceptance of documents for this comprehensive electronic public service.

Parents can apply for the "eMalyatko" service if:

- their child does not yet have a birth certificate;

- the child was born in a medical institution in Ukraine;

- both parents are citizens of Ukraine.

To file an application, you will need:

- marriage certificate (if available),

- Ukrainian passports of both parents,

- TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) of both parents,

- UDRN (Unique Demographic Record Number) of at least one parent,

- electronic medical birth certificate or medical certificate (form  № 103/o),

- a certificate of refusal from the one-time natural assistance "Baby Package" from the maternity hospital,

- bank account number for child benefits (for the parent on maternity leave),

- "PrivatBank" card,

- special account for the "Baby Package" (if refusing natural assistance).

Newborn parents need to make a preliminary appointment in the electronic queue.
