Ukraine's Largest Children's Film Festival in 2025
The 12th Children’s Film Festival will take place in Ukraine from June 13 to 22, 2025 — the largest festival dedicated to children’s cinema in the country.
This year, the festival will unite around 10 cities, including Odesa.
The events will be held on a charity basis, allowing anyone to attend for free. In Odesa, free screenings will occur at the «Cinema City» in the FontanSky Center: one morning screening each day from June 13 to 22, 2025.
Screenings are open to organized groups of children with disabilities, orphans, and internally displaced persons. Additionally, all interested individuals can attend the festival by pre-registering on the «Children’s Film Festival» website.
The 12th Children’s Film Festival will be held in a hybrid format – both online and offline.
This annual festival introduces the young audience of Ukraine to the latest European films as well as classics of world cinema. Each year, the audience votes for the best film of the festival, receiving ballots upon entry to the cinema.
The festival is organized by the film company «Arthouse Traffic» in collaboration with the NGO «Art of Cinema» and is supported by the State Agency of Ukraine for Cinema.
