Launch of the MISTO Digital Platform in Odessa
The Odessa city administration is excited to announce the launch of the MISTO platform, which will serve as a key tool for improving residents' quality of life and enhancing community management. MISTO aims to make citizens' lives more comfortable and secure. This innovative digital tool allows for quick access to essential services and information.
The Information and Communication System "MISTO Digital Services Platform" is a cutting-edge cloud-based solution. It is designed to consolidate and digitize urban services and information resources into a unified system. This provides centralized access to information and services through a single city portal and mobile applications. Additionally, the system facilitates rapid access to data and interaction with relevant city services.
Available features of the mobile app for residents:
- Online registration for administrative services centers
- Hourly parking service: a convenient and transparent payment method
- Accessibility: "Social Taxi" service for individuals with limited mobility and disabilities
- Electronic democracy: participation in surveys
- Safety: notifications about emergencies and maps of shelters
- Environmental monitoring: data on air quality and other ecological indicators
- Interactive maps: locations of public restrooms and drinking fountains
Every quarter, the platform's functionality will be expanded with new features. Soon, residents will be able to participate in voting on petitions. Additionally, they will be able to submit requests to the Unified Citizens' Appeals Center and track public transport movements.
Mayor Gennady Trukhanov emphasized that this platform transforms the approach to the city's operation as a whole, interactions with residents, and resource management. It is a tool to address challenges, making Odessa safer and more integrated.
