Innovative Mobile Power Source for Podil Community
The Podil community has introduced a new solution in the form of a mobile power source – an innovative complex comprising a diesel generator, photovoltaic system, and batteries. This equipment will enhance the resilience of the community during power interruptions.
This was announced by the Odesa Regional State Administration.
In the event of a power outage or damage to the electrical grid, this mobile unit can quickly provide electricity to vital facilities.
The system's capacity allows it to serve up to 5,000 subscribers, ensuring the operation of hospitals, schools, and other critical facilities in challenging conditions.
In the future, similar complexes are planned to be deployed across the Odesa region, creating a network of mobile energy solutions for communities.
“Energy security is becoming one of our key priorities. The Odesa region, as a strategically important area, demonstrates how, through joint efforts, we can not only respond to current threats but also lay the groundwork for a sustainable future,” stated the administration.
