Strengthening the Ukrainian Navy with New Boats

The Ukrainian Navy has welcomed new Combat Boat 90 vessels from Sweden and Norway. This was announced by Vice Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpapa, the commander of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on his Facebook page.
«These boats are already in service with our fleet, and their numbers have increased – a full division has been formed based on this technology», - stated Neizhpapa.
According to the commander, CB90 boats are among the best in the world and are utilized in various countries, including NATO member states.
They are fast, maneuverable, and reliable, designed for a range of missions from troop deployment and coastal defense to patrolling and protecting civilian shipping.
The boats are equipped according to modern maritime warfare standards, and the crews have received comprehensive training to effectively utilize all features of the technology.
«I personally tested the Combat Boat 90 in action. I am convinced that these boats will become a powerful tool in the hands of our soldiers», - emphasized Neizhpapa.
He reminded that the delivery of this technology is another result of collaborative efforts within the Coalition of Maritime Capabilities of Ukraine, established to enhance the Navy's potential.
