Beta Testing New Mobilization Deferrals in Reserve+ App

The Ministry of Defense has launched beta testing for new deferral options in the Reserve+ app. According to the Ministry, «Soon, new types of mobilization deferrals will be available in Reserve+».
This update will allow: parents raising children under 18 alone, and individuals caring for parents with disabilities, to apply for deferrals online.
The Ministry invites citizens in these categories to participate in testing and be among the first to access the service.
To do this, a short form must be filled out via the provided link. The Ministry explains how the online deferral process works.
To obtain a deferral, a request must be submitted through Reserve+. The system will verify the grounds in state registries. If confirmed, the deferral is granted and information appears in the electronic military document.
The process is fully automated, usually taking a few hours and does not require gathering documents, visiting territorial recruitment centers, or lengthy waiting for case review.
Reserve+ allows for transparent, quick decisions without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Currently, individuals eligible for deferrals in Reserve+ include: persons with disabilities; parents of three or more children born in one marriage; parents of children with disabilities; spouses of defenders with children; husbands or wives of individuals with disabilities; persons with temporary unfitness; students and postgraduate students; employees of higher and vocational education institutions.
